Is there a minimum or maximum order size?

There is no minimum or maximum order size, but to help you get the best value we recomend taking advantage of our low cost flat rate shipping.

Can I send an order to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, we allow this and on checkout you can specify a different delivery address to your billing address. This is useful if you want to send your parcel to work or a family address.

Are all your products made in Britain?

Yes, all our products are imported from and made in Britain to British standards. While there are British products sold in various large retailers in Australia that are made in the Britain some of these are specifically made to the export market standard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards including, MasterCard Credit and Debit, Visa Credit and Debit and PayPal.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer flat rate shipping charges to major capital cities and metropolitan areas. Our flat rate shipping fee is $6.95 up to 25kg for south east Queensland and $14.95 up to 18kg across most of the rest of Australia. It is advisable to make the most of the flat fee shipping allowance and maximise your shopping cart to its full weight potential.

Do I have to register before ordering from British Food Company?

No, registration is optional so you do not have to register if you prefer not to. There are benefits to registering as your order history is saved so you can order items you recently purchased from the ‘My Account’ function and your personal details are also saved for a faster checkout.

I have changed my email address, how do I update my registered details?

Login as usual, then click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the screen. You can update all of your personal details here.

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?

Our site is protected by SSL encryption which is the highest level of internet security. We don’t store your credit card details for any longer than is necessary to fulfill your order, so you can be rest assured that your online payment to us is safe.

What if my order arrives and some products are damaged?

All products are carefully hand packed and secured, to ensure that the products you have purchased are delivered to you in a perfect condition. However, British Food Company cannot be held responsible for any products damaged in transit.

I have special dietary requirements. Can you advise me on the ingredients of certain products?

Whilst British Food Company cannot accept responsibility for any allergic reaction to the products that we sell.  If you require further information please use the contact page on our website.

How long will I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

All Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and sent by Fastway couriers or Australia Post. Once dispatched parcels take between 1-3 business days for QLD and 3-5 business days for the rest of Australia.
